How to Request Deletion
- Email us at info@beatleanalytics.com with the subject
"Data
Deletion Request" and include the email address or username associated with your account.
- We will verify the request to ensure it comes from the account owner. This may require a
confirmation email or minimal account information.
- Once verified, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable timeframe and
confirm completion by email.
What Will Be Deleted
Upon deletion request and verification we will remove:
- Account profile information (name, email, contact details)
- User-generated content and preferences where possible
- Logs and analytics tied to your account subject to legal retention requirements
Exceptions
We may retain certain information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our
agreements, or for internal backup and archival purposes where permitted.
If you need urgent assistance, include your phone number in the email and we will call you
back.
